£300 Gift Card Prize Draw - November 2025
The following terms and conditions apply to the £300 Gift Card Prize Draw competition by Francis Wain Jewellers. Please ensure you have read and understood all terms and conditions before entering the competition.
1. The prize draw is open from 1st November 2025 – 30th November 2025. Entry closes at midnight on 30th November 2025.
2. To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must complete an online or in-store purchase.
3. All online orders and in-store purchases will automatically be entered into a prize draw. No further action is required from customers who wish to enter the prize draw.
4. If a customer does not wish to be entered into the prize draw, they must submit a request to be removed from the draw to kingslynn@franciswainjewellers.com
5. The winner of the prize draw will receive a gift card with the value of £300 to be used online or in-store at Francis Wain Jewellers.
6. The winner must choose whether they wish to receive a gift card that can be used online or in-store. A single gift card cannot be used across both online and in-store purchases.
7. The winner will be selected at random.
8. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at the time of making the qualifying purchase.
9. Contact details and personal data will be kept confidential and in accordance with GDPR data handling practices. Data will not be kept for longer than necessary.
10. Contact details will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes, unless the customer has given explicit consent that they would like to receive marketing information at the time of entering the competition.
11. All email correspondence regarding the competition will be sent from kingslynn@franciswainjewellers.com and sales@franciswainjewellers.com.
12. There is no minimum or maximum spend required to enter the competition.
13. A single transaction will count as one entry into the competition. Customers can make multiple purchases or orders for additional entries into the competition.
14. If multiple products are purchased in a single transaction, this will count as one purchase or order, and therefore, one entry into the competition.
15. If an order or purchase is completely refunded, the corresponding entry into the prize draw will be disqualified. Purchases that have been partially refunded will remain entered in the prize draw.
16. The winner will be contacted on or around 15th December 2025.
17. The winner has 7 days from the day first contact was made by Francis Wain Jewellers to notify them of the winning entry, to select the prize format (online or in-store gift card). If the winning customer fails to respond within the 7 day period, Francis Wain Jewellers has the right to draw an alternative winner. The original winner will not receive the gift card or any other prize in this case.
18. Francis Wain Jewellers possesses the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, all those impacted, including current entrants, will be notified via email.
